Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director to oversee daily operations of a growing treatment facility in Zanesville, OH. You will lead clinical, administrative, and growth initiatives while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and CARF standards.

You will manage human resources, finance, admissions flow, and community partnerships, traveling up to 25% as needed to coordinate services and drive organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services field or Bachelor’s degree with two years’ experience in related healthcare field.
• Five (5) years’ experience in management.
• Ability to coordinate the organization’s services with other community resources.
• Administrative or supervisory experience in a licensed substance use disorder or mental health treatment facility.
• Management skills in addressing human resources and financial matters.
• Ability to travel up to 25% including overnights, local events and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with CARF, State and County Standards and uphold confidential regulations.
• Develop, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Plan for and administer managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components of the organization.
• Participate in the Performance Improvement Plan for patient care and staff retention.
• Assess participant needs via outcome surveys and meetings to ensure quality care.
