Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking an Assistant Executive Director to support the Executive Director with managing all facility operations, planning, staffing, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with agency, state, and federal standards. The role focuses on performance improvement and high-quality service delivery within a comprehensive treatment program.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in human services with seven years’ management experience; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Seven years of management experience in human services is required.
• Experience coordinating services with community resources and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures per standards.
• Plan and administer managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components.
• Participate in performance improvement for client care and staff performance.
• Supervise staff across medical, clinical, and administrative areas.
• Maintain credential verification and ensure proper documentation.
