Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking an Executive Director to lead daily operations of a growing treatment facility. You will manage key functions including HR, finance, marketing, accreditation compliance, and admissions flow, building strong teams and a positive culture.

Requirements include 5 years in management, meaningful human services education, and ability to travel up to 25%. Competitive benefits and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's, or associate’s degree in human services or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Five years of management experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Ability to coordinate services with community resources.
• Administrative or supervisory experience in a licensed substance use disorder or mental health facility.
• Experience managing HR and financial matters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with CARF, state and county standards and privacy regulations.
• Develop and enforce company policies including patient and teammate rights.
• Plan and administer managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components.
• Participate in Performance Improvement for patient care and staff retention.
• Assess participant needs via outcome surveys and meetings for program development.
• Assign duties to teammates based on education, training and competencies.
