Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director to lead daily operations of a growing treatment facility.

You will manage human resources, finance, operations and growth initiatives, ensuring compliance with state, CARF, and federal guidelines while building strong teams and a positive culture. Required are a relevant degree with at least five years of management experience, ability to travel up to 25%, and a track record in licensed SUD or behavioral health settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's, or associate's degree in human services or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% including overnights.
• Administrative or supervisory experience in licensed SUD or mental health facility.
• Coordination with community resources and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with CARF, state and county standards and confidentiality regulations.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures in alignment with laws and accreditation.
• Plan and administer managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components.
• Participate in Performance Improvement Plan for patient care and staff performance.
• Assess participant needs via outcome surveys and meetings; adjust programs accordingly.
• Assign duties based on education, training, and competencies; maintain team structure.
• Establish and maintain community relationships and MOUs with resources.
• Supervise all staff (medical, clinical, administrative) and review credentials annually.
• Ensure documentation accuracy in patient records and safety for staff and patients.
• Monitor admissions with Contact Center; attend team meetings and trainings.
