Traditions of Mount Vernon is seeking an Executive Director to lead our facility in Ohio. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and strategic budget management in a senior living setting.

The candidate will recruit and guide staff, oversee daily operations, and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, patients, visitors, and team members. Prior ED experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Executive Director in assisted living or similar setting.
• Minimum 3 years in the industry with strong leadership.
• Active professional license if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and monitor annual facility budget and performance.
• Recruit and develop staff and ensure performance evaluations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Complete required forms and manage survey processes.
