Job summary

East Park Care Community seeks an experienced Assisted Living Director to lead the facility's operations in Brookpark, OH. You will ensure high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and a positive culture for staff and families.

You will manage staffing, budgets, and policies to support individualized care plans and community engagement, while maintaining safe, compassionate environments for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or gerontology preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within assisted living or healthcare management.
• Licensed Assisted Living Administrator or eligibility.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, regulatory knowledge, and communication skills.
• Resident-centered, compassionate approach toward care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assisted living facility.
• Lead and manage caregivers, nurses, admin staff and support personnel.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure regulatory compliance and resident satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of respect, dignity, and teamwork among staff and residents.
• Manage budget, expenses, and billing with the finance department.
• Prepare for inspections and maintain accurate records.
