Traditions at Beaumont seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead our assisted living community. You will ensure quality resident care, manage the facility budget, and recruit and retain skilled staff while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role emphasizes maintaining a safe, welcoming environment and overseeing survey readiness, with a proven leadership track record in assisted living and an active license where required.

Qualifications

• Have experience working as an Executive Director.
• Excellent work history in the Assisted Living industry (minimum 3 years).
• Possess an active license in the states where necessary.
• Retirement plan and paid time off are offered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and appropriateness of resident/patient care meets/regulates standards.
• Prepare annual budget for the facility and monitor monthly budget performance.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain qualified staff to carry out programs and services.
• Maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and appealing environment for residents and staff.
• Complete required forms and documents per policy and regulations.
• Manage all aspects of state or federal government survey processes.
