Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident/patient care quality meets or exceeds standards.
• Prepare annual budget and monitor facility performance against budget.
• Recruit, hire, orient/train, and retain qualified staff with performance appraisals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, attractive environment per company guidelines.
• Complete required forms and documents per policy and regulations.
• Manage all aspects of state/federal survey processes.
