Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Director in an assisted living setting.
• Experience managing daily operations of an assisted living community.
• Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and resident care practices.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing, occupancy and financial performance.
• Proven leadership to motivate, mentor and retain staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring high care, safety and satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and support to managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with Tennessee regulations and company policies.
