Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a Director of Americas Store Planning and Construction to lead the regional team from early project definition through opening.

You will oversee stores across the United States, Canada, and South America, driving scope, quality, and design intent in line with budgets and schedules. Reporting to the Senior Director, this role develops project feasibility using cost baselines, mentors Project Managers and connects Architecture, Visual Merchandising, Finance, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in retail architecture and construction across multiple countries.
• Experience leading Senior Project Managers and Project Managers across geographies.
• Experience leading feasibility development and cost/risk evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety, codes and landlord requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience managing large-scale retail portfolios across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning and construction of new Coach stores, renovations, relocations, and enhancements across the U.S., Canada and South America.
• Set portfolio delivery priorities and align with PMO schedule governance.
• Monitor progress, schedule, quality, and compliance with design intent and budgets.
• Provide senior guidance and escalation for complex site conditions and contractor performance.
• Review bids and ensure alignment with scope and approved budgets.
