Responsibilities

• Own and maintain North America retail project portfolio schedule from BD kickoff through store opening.
• Establish schedule governance, milestones, and integrated plans; monitor critical path and forecast performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across feasibility, design, bidding, surveys, permitting, construction, and readiness.
• Manage third-party survey and permitting partners; track approvals and delays.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and provide escalation reporting to leadership.
• Coordinate readiness milestones and ensure alignment between project completion and opening plans.
