Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sourcing leader for Store Construction procurement. You will lead strategy for design and architecture categories, partner with global stakeholders, and drive supplier negotiations and cost savings across new stores, remodels, relocations, and rollouts.

You will own RFx events, bid analyses, and final supplier recommendations, building strong vendor relationships and delivering measurable procurement value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Strategic Sourcing and procurement.
• Knowledge of store construction categories preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy for Store Construction, Design and Architecture categories.
• Partner with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies and support store openings and remodels.
• Own RFx events, bid analysis, supplier recommendations and negotiations.
• Drive cost savings, value creation, and supplier consolidation initiatives.
• Lead contract negotiations and management with key vendors.
• Develop business cases quantifying savings and procurement impact.
• Present strategies and savings opportunities to senior leadership.
• Oversee sourcing workstreams and ensure timely execution.
