Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Schedule Management & Governance lead to own and optimize the North America retail project portfolio, aligning new stores, remodels and openings with governance standards.

You will coordinate across feasibility, design, permitting, construction, and operations to ensure timely openings. Join a team focused on delivering reliable milestones, executive reporting, and proactive risk mitigation, with responsibility for portfolio health and alignment to business

Qualifications

• Experience managing retail project portfolios across new stores, remodels, relocations, and openings.
• Ability to establish schedule governance and integrated project plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional project execution from feasibility to store opening.
• Manage third-party survey and permitting partners.
• Identify and mitigate portfolio risks and report escalations.
• Coordinate readiness milestones between project completion and opening plans.
• Develop executive dashboards and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the North America retail project portfolio schedule across new stores, remodels, relocations, temporary stores and closures.
• Establish schedule governance, milestone standards and integrated project plans from BD kickoff through store opening.
• Monitor critical path activities, validate schedule changes, assess delivery impacts, and provide portfolio-wide visibility into project status, forecasts and performance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional project execution across feasibility, design, bidding, surveys, permitting, construction, visual merchandising and operational readiness.
• Track milestone completion and schedule adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication to ensure successful project delivery.
