Tapestry is seeking a Director, Americas Store Planning and Construction to lead the regional team from project definition through opening and closeout. You will ensure scope, quality, and design intent across the North America store portfolio, aligned with PMO governance and budget controls.

You will mentor Senior Project Managers and collaborate with Architecture, Visual Merchandising, Finance, and operations to deliver on time and within budget.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with relevant field.
• 12+ years of retail architecture and construction experience across geographies.
• Proven ability to lead senior project managers and diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Coach stores construction portfolio across North America.
• Direct planning, delivery, and opening through closeout of projects.
• Partner with PMO, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, Finance and operations.
• Manage budget controls, risk, and schedule governance.
• Develop feasibility budgets and ensure adherence to scope.
