Job summary

The Digital Chamber seeks a substantive policy leader to expand its Digital Power Network into a national platform for advanced compute infrastructure. You will build coalitions, shape policy positions, and drive engagement with federal and state policymakers, regulators, and industry leaders.

Qualifications

• At least 7–10 years of experience in public policy, government affairs, or related field.
• Strong command of federal/state legislative and regulatory processes.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for technical materials.
• Proven track record building trusted relationships and coalitions.

Responsibilities

• Own policy strategy and external positioning for DPN’s platform.
• Develop and execute integrated federal/state policy strategy across energy, grid, and tech policy.
• Track legislation and regulatory actions; translate into priorities and actions.
• Produce testimony, comments, briefs, and coalition materials.
• Lead fly-ins, site visits, hearings, and coalitions to meet objectives.
