The role oversees programs, operations, finances, and organizational development, reporting to the Board and supervising the management team. The successful candidate will guide strategy, ensure quality and compliance, and drive growth while supporting staff development and a strong organizational culture.

Qualifikationen

• Direct management experience in adult I/DD services, including residential programs.
• Experience overseeing licensed group homes, ICF/IID facilities, or comparable adult I/DD services.
• Demonstrated leadership of program managers, supervisors, or other management-level staff.
• Experience with Medicaid-funded services, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
• Experience managing program or organizational budgets.
• Ability to meet North Carolina Qualified Professional (QP) standards.

Aufgaben

• Provide executive oversight of PCGH's programs, operations, finances, and organizational development.
• Lead and support an experienced management team, strengthening accountability and growth.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, Medicaid requirements, licensing, CARF accreditation, and quality improvement.
• Lead financial planning, budgets, and operational performance; promote sustainability.
• Partner with the Board to develop strategy, strengthen community relationships, and translate ideas into plans.
