Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks an Employee Experience Accessibility Director to set strategy and lead an accessibility team focused on equitable experiences for employees with disabilities. You will direct tooling and governance for the EX Kit design system and drive testing across product, design, and engineering teams.

You will lead a cross-functional team, embed accessibility into delivery, and explore AI-assisted testing with responsible governance, reporting to HR Channels.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of accessibility testing experience and 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Expert knowledge of WCAG 2.2, WAI-ARIA, and core web semantics.
• Experience coordinating with enterprise design systems and/or component libraries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and release of accessible digital products for employees globally.
• Identify and implement accessibility tools and technologies to support usability.
• Provide expert guidance to leadership on accessibility inquiries and issues.
• Design and deliver training programs on digital accessibility for internal stakeholders.
• Stay current with accessibility trends, standards, and assistive technologies.
• Act as a subject matter expert on digital accessibility and represent the company in industry forums.
