Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/IS/SE/EdTech/Business.
• At least 10 years in application engineering or related areas, including 7 years leading technical teams.
• Hands-on experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and enterprise integrations.
• Proven ability to collaborate with academic and business stakeholders, architects, cybersecurity, operations, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop application engineering managers, architects, and engineers.
• Oversee modernization, integration, and lifecycle management of LMS, CCMS, and academic platforms.
• Establish governance, quality, accessibility, and delivery performance across engineering teams.
