Sunrise Senior Living seeks an Executive Director to lead all aspects of its New York community operations, driving financial performance, resident well‑being and regulatory compliance. You will shape strategy, oversee care, sales, budgeting and people leadership to deliver exceptional experiences for residents and families.

Strong P&L, recruiting and coaching skills are essential, along with a passion for seniors and building high‑performing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager.
• Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operations.
• Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Sales and customer relationship experience preferred.
• Leadership, communication and decision‑making skills.
