Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC seeks an Executive Director to lead Marlboro community operations, drive occupancy and revenue, and ensure regulatory compliance for exceptional resident and family experiences.

You will manage P&L, budgeting and labor, hire and coach leaders, and collaborate with Sales to maximize move-ins, while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Prior Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience.
• Proven ability to drive occupancy, revenue and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
