Job summary

Keepsake Village of Columbus, Indiana is seeking an Executive Director to lead our memory care community with compassion and strategic vision. You will oversee operations, quality care, and financial performance while ensuring compliance and resident-centered experiences.

This role requires 3+ years in healthcare leadership, licensure (RCA or HFA), strong budgeting skills, and a proven ability to mentor staff.

Keepsake Village of Columbus, Indiana, is interviewing for an Executive Director to join our mission-driven team serving the memory care community.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and executes quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

• Responsible for the overall management and financial performance of the Community
• Provides hands-on supervision and empowers team members to consistently deliver high-quality care for our residents.

• Ensures compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to strategically oversee and enhance occupancy development

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a healthcare leadership role. Memory Care experience preferred
• RCA or HFA licensure required at applicable locations
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members
• Experience in effective budget management and strong understanding of financial statements and reports
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
