Job summary

The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America is seeking an experienced Digital Workplace, Executive Support and AV Engineer to deliver high-touch executive support and hands-on workplace technology across locations. You will own end-to-end support, drive service performance, and maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in high-visibility situations.

You will manage Windows endpoints, VDI platforms, AV systems, and enterprise collaboration tools while partnering with Security

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of IT experience with at least five years focused on digital workplace or executive support.
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or other high-visibility business users.
• Strong experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot.
• Hands-on experience with virtual desktop platforms such as Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and AWS Workspaces.
• Familiarity with Microsoft E5 Security capabilities, device lifecycle management, automation, and enterprise AV/collaboration environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide high touch technology support for senior executives, including devices, collaboration tools, and audiovisual environments.
• Escalate complex or high-impact executive support issues.
• Support leadership meetings, town halls, and enterprise events with live troubleshooting when needed.
• Maintain end user computing and device management across Windows endpoints and VDI platforms.
• Manage executive device lifecycle activities including provisioning, maintenance, refresh, and retirement.
• Provide on-site and remote AV and collaboration support for conference rooms and hybrid environments.
• Partner with Facilities, vendors, and event stakeholders to ensure meetings are prepared and executed.
• Ensure security and compliance with Guardian policies and regulatory requirements.
