Job summary

SAIC, partnering with the FDIC under the ISS contract, seeks an Executive Desktop Support Technician to deliver on-site and remote executive IT services for FDIC leadership in Washington, DC. Qualifications

• Associates degree and 6 years of related experience.
• A minimum of four years of deskside support experience; at least one year of Executive VIP support experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Client Services and Executive Support for onsite and remote users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Provide after-hours and as-needed availability per client volume trends to ensure uninterrupted support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents: triage and address technical issues per procedures and SLAs.
• Maintain clear communication via ServiceNow, email, or phone to document resolutions and updates.
• Escalate recurring incidents and service gaps to initiate Problem records and address trends.
• Keep asset management systems up-to-date by recording device assignments and status.
• Collaborate with clients, peers, and leadership for prompt information sharing and issue resolution.
• Document troubleshooting actions in the IMS for visibility and efficiency.
• Support Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and VPN technologies.
• Provide support for mobile devices including iPhones and iPads.
