Job summary

Turn2Partners is seeking an IT support professional in Falls Church, VA to join a collaborative technology team supporting an education-focused organization. The role is full-time and onsite (4–5 days/week).

You will provide hands-on support for executive leadership and staff, install and maintain Windows and Mac devices, and manage collaboration tools and conferencing technology. Responsibilities include provisioning user accounts, hardware deployment, inventory management, and troubleshooting

• Provide hands-on technical support for executive leadership and office staff.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows and Mac devices.
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, conferencing technology, and end-user collaboration tools.
• Manage user account provisioning, hardware deployment, and inventory.
• Troubleshoot networking, printers, projectors, interactive displays, and other classroom/office technology.
• Coordinate IT projects, document processes, and maintain accurate support records.
• Deliver responsive, customer-focused support while collaborating with cross-functional IT teams.
