Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Director, Enduring Programs Deputy to drive execution of multiple programs, interface with senior leaders, and oversee technical, cost, and schedule performance. The role reports to the VP of Enduring Programs and acts as an empowered delegate for strategic program decisions.

The position requires a US citizenship with ability to maintain US DoD TOP SECRET/SCI clearance; extensive leadership across major programs and strong government stakeholder engagement are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; 20+ years in aerospace/defense.
• Experience leading large captures and programs with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build networks and trusted relationships with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Coordinate recruitment, training, performance, and resource allocation.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance; lead negotiations.
• Primary customer contact; lead program reviews with customer.
