Job summary

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control seeks a Program Director to lead the SOF GLSS 2 SOF Systems and Services portfolio, including FOSOV platforms and crewed/uncrewed maritime systems. The role oversees ~$450M across multiple contracts and coordinates with customers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

The position requires active Secret clearance to start and a path toward Top Secret/SCI, with responsibilities spanning planning, execution and sustainment

Qualifications

• Lead Life Cycle Sustainment (LCSM) and development efforts for Ground/Maritime programs.
• Manage large, diverse portfolio sustainment and logistics programs.
• Experience in IDIQ environments and multiple task orders.
• Develop proposals, SOWs and project schedules.
• Build partnerships with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Coordinate recruitment, training, performance assessment and recognition of staff.
• Manage cost, schedule and technical performance of programs.
• Negotiate contracts and contract changes; prepare proposals and budgets.
• Provide primary customer contact and lead reviews with the customer on cost, schedule and performance.
• Establish design concepts and engineering efforts for R&D, integration and test.
