The University of Louisville seeks a Department Coordinator IV to provide executive, administrative, and operational support to the Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine. This role serves as a key resource to the Department Chair and leadership, coordinating high-level priorities, confidential communications, meetings, and cross-functional activities.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience providing executive-level support and coordinating complex administrative workflows.
Ability to manage confidential information and liaise with internal and external partners.

Mansioni

Provide high-level executive administrative support to the Department Chair and leaders.
Manage the Chair’s calendar, scheduling priorities, commitments, and requests.
Coordinate meetings with leadership, executives, partners, and visitors.
Draft agendas, briefing materials, summaries, and follow-up items for leadership meetings.
Maintain confidentiality and coordinate cross-functional departmental activities.
Support strategic planning, dashboards, reports, and institutional communications.
Coordinate faculty, clinical, and academic affairs activities and correspondence.
