Job summary

Omnicom Media is seeking a senior leader to establish and drive data management and governance across the agency. You will define standards for ingestion, storage, and visualization, act as SME on data quality, and lead cross-functional teams to address complex data issues across multiple accounts.

The role requires extensive experience in data management, BI, and agency environments, with a focus on strategic data solutions and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in data management, data engineering, data operations and/or business intelligence.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in digital media data.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in an agile development environment.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in management.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in client facing work.

Responsibilities

• Establish agency-wide standard Data Management practices and thought leadership.
• Oversee data standards across all agency accounts.
• Serve as SME on data management and BI for client needs.
• Write SOW/SLA during negotiations and renewals.
• Establish resource rates and platform costs with leadership.
• Staff accounts to meet client needs and hire new employees.
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex data issues.
• Promote adoption of in-house data operations tools and processes.
