Job summary

Omnicom’s Data Management team oversees data across campaigns, optimizing governance, quality, and BI solutions. The Senior Director partners with Executive leadership and practice teams to scale data as a strategic asset.

The role requires deep expertise in data engineering, BI tooling, and stakeholder management, with a track record of delivering high-impact data programs and fostering automated processes across on-page and off-page data streams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in data management, data engineering, data operations and/or BI.
• Experience in advertising agency environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to resolve complex data issues.
• Establish and promote data governance, standards, and best practices across campaigns.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, storage and dashboard visualization.
