Omnicom seeks a Director of Data Management & Visualization to lead end-to-end data and visualization for a major client. You will manage day-to-day data needs, drive QA, and guide a team of managers/analysts.

Responsibilities include data migrations, campaign naming standards, and external data integration while collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure quality and adoption of data solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in agency or client-side digital media planning or analytics.
• Proven ability to manage data and visualization projects end-to-end.
• Experience leading teams and communicating with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data and visualization delivery for a major client.
• Manage and mentor a team of managers and analysts.
• Lead data migrations and ensure data quality across platforms.
• Define campaign naming conventions and integrate external data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data solutions.
