Job summary

Omnicom is seeking a Director of Data Management & Visualization to oversee end-to-end data collection, processing, QA, and visualization for a major client. You will lead a high-performing team of managers and analysts, acting as a consultant to Mediabrands stakeholders.

You will coordinate data integrations, establish governance, and ensure data quality across platforms, reporting, and campaigns, while guiding offshore and onshore colleagues toward strong client outcomes.

Qualifications

• End-to-end data flow, APIs, databases, and BI tools.
• Visualization and dashboard creation experience; Tableau preferred.
• Database experience (Snowflake preferred).
• Understanding of taxonomy creation and execution.

Responsibilities

• Independently run a business unit or portfolio with accountability for delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Lead setup from scratch for new accounts/businesses, including systems, processes, and data flow design.
• Manage large-scale data migrations and complex assignments.
• Define and ensure adoption of consistent campaign naming structures across platforms and reporting environments.
• Prepare and integrate outside datasets into analytics workflows.
• Implement QA processes and anomaly detection to safeguard data integrity.
• Engage with senior clients, internal leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of data solutions.
• Ensure quality work output from onshore/offshore teams.
• Campaign Management: CM360, DSPs.
• Social: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X.
• Search: SA360, Bing, Google Ads.
• Provide feedback and guidance to direct reports; collaborate in a multi-stakeholder environment.
