Job summary

Curinos Inc. is seeking a Pooled Content Team Manager to lead a high-output team that crafts client-specific narratives and analyses for executive reviews, renewals, and value realization. You will coordinate across CVM, CM, CS, TS, Advisory, Product, and Commercial to deliver crisp, executive-ready content.

You will establish intake processes, quality standards, and a scalable production model to support growth while maintaining customization for key client relationships.

• Proven people leadership of a small high-output team.
• Exceptional synthesis of inputs into client narratives.
• Strong analytical judgment for bespoke vs standardized work.
• Excellent executive communication in PowerPoint and writing.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build processes from scratch.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across CVM, CM, CS, TS, Advisory, Product, and Commercial.
• Experience in financial services, analytics, SaaS, management consulting, or enterprise client strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the content execution engine behind CVM.
• Manage pooled team delivering client-specific narrative content for EBRs, renewals, and value reviews.
• Pull together cross-product inputs, data cuts, benchmarking, and product signals.
• Build scalable content production model maintaining quality and customization.
• Partner with CVMs to deliver compelling value narratives.
• Translate value strategies into content requirements and deliverables.
• Own detailed analysis and presentation development for renewal outcomes.
• Establish intake, prioritization, and quality standards.
• Set quality standards for client-facing storytelling.
• Lead capacity planning, coaching, and performance management.
• Define operating model and calendar for renewal and Executive Business Reviews.
• Develop reusable artifacts and templates.
• Support CVM ambition of translating product value to executive outcomes.
