You will partner with strategy to translate editorial priorities into production, manage a complex calendar of events and reports, and build scalable processes in a regulated financial institution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in production management, project management, or operations leadership in media or advertising.
• Proven track record as a 360-degree campaign veteran across diverse formats.
• Experience running two-speed production with high-rate output and flagship events.
• Strong ability to measure content impact and translate it into decisions.
• Excellent fiscal literacy with managing multi-year budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production workflow for all formats and markets.
• Design and maintain a production pipeline with live status visibility.
• Implement tools for real-time reporting on status, risks, and budgets.
• Balance高 throughput with marquee events and annual publications.
• Plan to mitigate bottlenecks, resource conflicts, and scheduling risks.
• Build scalable production processes and standards.
