Qualifications

• 10+ years in production management or operations leadership within multi-format media/content
• Experience managing high‑scale campaigns and budgets in regulated environments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendor networks
• Strong discipline in measurement/analytics and data‑driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production operations and pipeline across formats and markets
• Partner with Strategy to translate priorities into production outputs
• Own measurement framework and reporting to connect content to business impact
• Plan and allocate resources; manage internal and external talent and vendors
• Own the production budget and ensure fiscal discipline and compliance
• Lead vendor relationships and contract negotiations
• Ensure regulatory compliance across production activities
• Provide senior leadership guidance and mentorship to the team
