Job summary

CCS Fundraising is seeking a Content Manager to join our Growth Center of Excellence and drive compelling content for business development across sectors. This role partners with the sales and regional teams to produce sector analyses, viewbooks, and thought leadership materials that accelerate pipeline activity.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with the design team, and ensure the CCS brand voice is consistent across internal and external outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional writing experience in content marketing or strategic communications.
• Experience producing sales or business development materials is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales-ready content assets, including talking points, viewbooks, decks, and outreach materials.
• Translate CCS capabilities and data insights into clear, compelling narratives for prospect audiences.
• Write sector analyses and competitive positioning materials for BD professionals.
• Produce service-line and sector-specific collateral as offerings evolve.
• Own multiple content projects from brief to delivery with deadlines and stakeholder alignment.
