Job summary

Curinos is expanding its Client Value Management content engine. The Pooled Content Team Manager will lead a small, high-output team that turns data, advisory perspectives, and client context into executive-ready narratives for EBRs and renewal conversations.

You will translate client value strategies into clear deliverables, manage intake priorities, and collaborate across CVM, CM, CS, TS, Product, Advisory, and Commercial teams to raise storytelling quality and scale enterprise value

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a small, high-output team producing executive-ready client materials under pressure.
• Exceptional synthesis skills — turn raw inputs, ambiguous asks, data, and stakeholder feedback into a clear client narrative.
• Strong analytical judgment to decide when bespoke analysis is needed versus standardization or automation.
• High-quality executive communication skills, especially in PowerPoint, business writing, and structured storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the content execution engine behind CVM and supervise the pooled team.
• Coordinate cross-product inputs, data cuts, benchmarking, and product-level value signals into executive-ready materials.
• Establish intake, prioritization, and quality standards for renewal-related content and bespoke requests.
• Build the operating model and delivery rhythm for renewal, EBRs, and save-plans.
