Qualifications

• 10+ years of outside B2B sales experience in crane/industrial equipment.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor or lead teams.
• Ability to design solutions with engineers and plant personnel.
• Willingness to travel onsite to Central New Jersey with occasional overnight trips.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts for hoists, cranes, and related systems.
• Develop new business while managing existing customers.
• Prepare and present timely quotations coordinating with engineering, service, and finance.
• Maintain sales records in the CRM.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product developments.
