Job summary

FCM is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant in Denver, CO to arrange domestic and complex international travel for executives, including air, hotel, car, and ground transportation. A paid four-week training program will boost your Sabre skills and knowledge of corporate travel policies.

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM MT, Monday–Friday, with a typical 40-hour work week across five 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in corporate travel management.
• Familiar with Sabre GDS for fares and tickets.
• Experience with ensuring booking accuracy and compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings for air, hotel, car, and ground transport.
• Build rapport with business travelers to ensure high satisfaction.
• Ensure reservations are accurate and timely per policy.
• Manage PNRS, tickets, invoicing, and changes per guidelines.
• Stay informed on airline rules, fares, and regulations for arrangements.
• Provide consultative support and exceptional customer service.
• Communicate travel documents and health requirements to travelers.
• Handle complex international fares and rerouting with minimal disruption.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and professional work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
