  • Team Operations: Partner with internal stakeholders to coordinate onboarding, technology requests, office logistics, and day-to-day operational needs.
  • Recruiting & Onboarding: Assist with interview scheduling, candidate coordination, new hire preparation, and onboarding processes.
  • Events & Special Projects: Plan and execute team dinners, offsites, volunteer initiatives, and other events, managing logistics from start to finish.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a trusted resource across the organization, proactively identifying solutions and ensuring operational excellence.
What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and pivot seamlessly.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, a collaborative mindset, and a polished, professional presence.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint; Concur experience is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • A genuine team player who takes pride in delivering exceptional support and thrives in an environment where excellence is the standard.
