Qualifications
- 10+ years of operations leadership experience in a growth environment.
- Luxury or premium brand experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to implement scalable systems, processes, and teams.
- Deep expertise in inventory, planning, production, and supply chain.
- Hands-on with data, analytics, and technology to improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to translate strategy into operational plans.
- Lead inventory, production, supply chain, and fulfillment.
- Oversee NetSuite, WMS, EDI implementations and integrations.
- Drive AI, automation, and technology adoption across operations.
- Build and mentor a high-performing operations organization.
