You will partner with leadership to set strategy and execute hands-on, in a fast-paced environment, delivering structure, accountability, and cross-functional alignment across creative, marketing, and supply partners.

• Build, implement, and continuously improve operational processes to support scale.

• Establish structure, documentation, and performance tracking to drive consistency and accountability.
• Manage and optimize production workflows in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Own inventory planning, tracking, and controls to support launches and ongoing demand.
• Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and implement practical solutions.
• Improve communication, timelines, and execution across production partners.
