ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Director of Executive Communications to serve as a trusted strategic advisor and master storyteller to the President and CFO. You will translate complex financial performance and corporate strategy into clear narratives across investors, employees, and customers.

The role sits within a high-visibility leadership function, partnering with investor relations, PR, content, social media, FP&A, Legal, and Brand to ensure a unified voice across channels and moments.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years in corporate communications or related fields.
• At least 5 years supporting C-suite executives, preferably CFO/finance leader.
• Experience building multi-channel executive communications across investor, media, and events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic communications advisor to the President and CFO.
• Lead a 360-degree executive communications framework for top leadership.
• Develop narratives around financial performance, capital strategy, and long-range plan.
• Advise on speaking strategy, venues, and messaging for high-stakes engagements.
• Manage annual communications calendar aligned to earnings and events.
