Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Director of Executive Communications to partner with the President and CFO, translating complex financial strategy into clear narratives for investors, analysts, employees and customers.

The ideal candidate leads strategic communications, crafts executive content, and manages cross-functional programs to elevate market credibility and storytelling across channels.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in corporate communications or executive communications with 5+ years supporting C-suite executives, preferably CFO, in tech or high-growth companies.
• Proven ability to translate financial performance and strategy into external messaging.
• Experience building multi-channel narrative programs across investor, media, and social channels.

Responsibilities

• Advise the President and CFO on external voice, narrative frameworks, and integrated communications strategy.
• Develop an executive communications calendar aligned to earnings cycles and investor events.
• Craft high-quality executive content: speeches, op-eds, LinkedIn content, and scripts.
• Project-manage content production, including design, legal clearances, and social amplification.
