Job summary

Marvel Marketers is seeking an experienced Event Program Manager to drive strategy, planning, and execution for high-visibility programs and events. You will translate direction into actionable plans, manage multiple workstreams, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful executive forums, conferences, and leadership programs.

The role requires 5–8+ years in related fields, strong communication, and the ability to operate with limited oversight in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in event program management, experiential marketing, or related fields.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex programs with limited direction.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written communications and multi-program management capability.

Responsibilities

• Own significant workstreams across events, executive programs, conferences and related experiences.
• Translate stakeholder direction into actionable event plans, milestones and timelines.
• Develop workback plans, trackers, dependencies, and decision logs.
• Synthesize conversations into concise notes, action items, owners, deadlines.
• Coordinate speakers, session owners, content contributors, reviews, rehearsals and deadlines.
• Partner with creative, production, marketing and communications teams on assets.
• Draft polished stakeholder, speaker and attendee communications with minimal direction.
• Travel to priority events and provide onsite support and execution.
