Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Manager, Executive Compensation to partner with the Head of Executive Compensation and lead design, analysis, administration, governance, and communication of executive compensation programs across the organization.

The role interfaces with senior leadership, HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, and external advisors to ensure programs are competitive, performance-driven, and compliant with regulations and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting).
• 8+ years of progressive compensation experience, including executive compensation in a large public company or consulting.
• Deep knowledge of executive compensation principles, incentive plan design, equity compensation, governance, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of Executive Compensation to develop and administer compensation programs (base, annual incentives, long-term incentives, equity, deferred, benefits).
• Provide analytical insights for senior executives and key leadership decisions.
• Lead market benchmarking and analyses using peer data to evaluate pay positioning and program effectiveness.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations for annual reviews, appointments, promotions, and retention actions.
• Support Compensation Committee meetings with board-grade materials and analyses.
• Collaborate on governance, regulatory compliance, and shareholder considerations.
