The Senior Manager, Executive Compensation sits within a Global Total Rewards team and works closely with executive leadership, legal, finance, payroll, and HR partners across regions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in compensation, with exposure to executive compensation.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel modeling capability.
• Experience operating in global, fast-paced, or high-growth environments.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• High attention to detail, strong judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Certifications such as CCP, CEP, or SPHR are a plus.
• Interest or experience in equity compensation highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration of executive and partner compensation programs
• Support planning and execution of annual executive compensation and reward cycles
• Partner with Total Rewards leadership as a trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert
• Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leaders and key stakeholders
• Support elements of long‑term incentive and equity administration
• Build and maintain compensation models, analytics, and scenario planning tools
• Enhance and document executive compensation policies, controls, and governance
• Support executive‑level communications, reporting, and compliance diligence
• Handle highly confidential data with discretion and integrity
