Genesys is seeking an Executive Compensation & Equity Partner in the United States to support analysis, governance, and administration of compensation programs for VP+ roles. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Accounting to drive market insights, program effectiveness, and consistent administration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in compensation, incl. executive compensation and/or equity programs.
• Experience with Fidelity equity administration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of benchmarking and compensation program administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to handle confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Support market benchmarking and analysis for VP+ roles.
• Assist with evaluating pay positioning and program effectiveness.
• Prepare analyses and reports for executive compensation decisions.
• Monitor market trends and practices in compensation.
• Administer executive and broad-based equity programs.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Stock Administration for equity processing.
• Prepare equity analyses including grant tracking and dilution reporting.
• Maintain equity program documentation and materials.
• Assist with equity communications and education materials.
• Partner with compensation team on job evaluation and career frameworks.
• Develop and maintain compensation structures and salary ranges globally.
• Participate in projects to improve program effectiveness and scalability.
