Job summary

Asurion in Nashville, TN seeks a Sr Director of Executive Compensation to lead strategy, design, analysis, and administration of executive pay programs, including equity, base salary, and incentives. This leader will drive governance, market benchmarking, and compliance.

You will partner with the executive team, Finance, HR, and Legal to align programs with business priorities, embed AI-enabled practices, and oversee compensation systems, analytics, and communication to leaders and boards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
10+ years progressive compensation leadership experience.
Experience leading executive compensation programs.
People management of compensation teams.
Experience with executive compensation benchmarking.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term incentives.
Partner with senior leaders to align compensation programs with business objectives and culture.
Oversee evaluation, enhancement, and administration of programs for market competitiveness and scalability.
Analyze market trends and provide recommendations that support talent and business objectives.
Collaborate with Enterprise Compensation to ensure efficient delivery and governance.
Drive communication, education, and governance strategies for leaders and executives.
Oversee compensation tools, systems, and data quality to improve efficiency and experience.
Lead analyses and prepare materials for Compensation Committee, Board, and executives.
