Qualifications

Responsibilities

Support the design, analysis, administration, and execution of executive compensation programs.
Prepare compensation analyses, dashboards, and executive-ready materials for senior stakeholders.
Lead and support Compensation and Talent Committee material preparation for annual meeting cycle.
Contribute to proxy statement content in partnership with Legal and Corporate Governance.
Advance AI, automation, and digital enablement within compensation processes.
Develop Power BI dashboards and data visualization to improve visibility into metrics.
