Job summary

Asurion is seeking a Sr Director Executive Compensation to lead strategy, design, and administration of executive compensation across the enterprise. The role drives equity programs, incentives, and governance, and champions AI-enabled enhancements within the function.

You will partner with the executive team, Finance, HR, and Legal to ensure market competitiveness and regulatory alignment, while advancing AI-driven solutions across compensation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years progressive compensation leadership experience.
• Experience leading executive compensation programs.
• People management of compensation teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, governance, and execution of executive compensation programs including base salary, annual incentives, and equity.
• Partner with senior leaders to align compensation with objectives, values, and culture.
• Oversee compensation tools, systems, and processes to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Lead analyses and prepare materials for Compensation Committee, Board, and executives.
